Vintage Rakkel by RAMA World U.S. Air Force Air Mobility Command (AMC) flight crew scarf featuring an all-over repeating AMC emblem pattern. These scarves were custom produced by RAMA World in Riverside, California, for Air Force squadrons, wings, and flight crews as morale and commemorative items rather than sold through traditional retail stores. RAMA World has been manufacturing custom military flight scarves and aviation memorabilia since the 1970s and remains one of the best-known suppliers of squadron scarves for U.S. military units.
Air Mobility Command (AMC) was established on June 1, 1992, combining the missions of Military Airlift Command and Strategic Air Command’s aerial refueling assets. AMC is responsible for worldwide airlift, aerial refueling, aeromedical evacuation, humanitarian relief, and rapid global mobility operations, making it one of the U.S. Air Force’s most important major commands.
This scarf features the official Air Mobility Command emblem repeated throughout a royal blue background. While this design does not identify a specific squadron, RAMA World commonly produced these scarves in limited quantities for command personnel, aircrews, deployments, conferences, and special events, making them increasingly collectible among Air Force veterans and military aviation enthusiasts.
